Qiventra Car Rental provides vehicle rental services including but not limited to:

• Economy cars for city driving
• Compact cars for everyday use
• SUVs and crossovers for family trips
• Luxury and premium vehicles
• Vans and minibuses for groups
• Additional services (GPS, insurance, etc.)

3. Booking and Payment

All vehicle rentals must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Prices are in PLN and include basic insurance coverage.

• Economy Cars: 150-2,800 PLN
• Compact Cars: 180-3,200 PLN
• SUVs & Crossovers: 250-4,200 PLN
• Luxury & Premium: 400-7,500 PLN
• Vans & Minibuses: 320-5,600 PLN
• Additional Services: 20-100 PLN

4. Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Qiventra, drivers must:

• Be at least 21 years old (25 for luxury vehicles)
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years
• Provide valid identification and proof of address
• Have a valid credit card for security deposit
• Meet our insurance requirements

5. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement that includes:

• Rental period and return date
• Vehicle condition and mileage limits
• Insurance coverage and deductibles
• Fuel policy and refueling requirements
• Prohibited uses and restrictions
• Late return fees and penalties

6. Customer Responsibilities

Renters are responsible for:

• Returning the vehicle on time and in good condition
• Following all traffic laws and regulations
• Not allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Reporting any accidents or damage immediately
• Maintaining appropriate fuel levels
• Paying all fees and charges as agreed
